JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Solution Architect (div / f / m). In this role, you will be responsible for designing the best application and integration architectures for our AEM-based projects in digital commerce and experience management. You have hands-on experience with AEM solution development in an enterprise setting, which allows you to design complete solutions and oversee the implementation within our clients' ecosystems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make key design decisions regarding (but not limited to) integrations and data flow with e-commerce, ERP, Master Data Management, CRM, logistics service provider and payment service provider systems
- Bring architecture best practices to the table and you are able to influence, consult and convince client and internal stakeholders on architectural choices
- Technical consulting and further development of the overall technological solution
- Development of IT and solution architectures to optimize an existing implementation
- Critical but solution-oriented scrutiny of existing IT solutions and processes as well as service / system integrations, if necessary development of migration paths
- Design and oversee AEM-specific features, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Define and implement DevOps pipelines, CI / CD workflows, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AEM projects.
- Assurance of development quality
- Coordination with stakeholders and technology partners
- Management / controlling of timings and roadmaps from a technical perspective
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Deep project knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and ideally marketing automation platformsProficiency in development technologies including Java , JCR , HTL , and OSGi configurations , as well as front-end frameworks like React or Angular for headless CMS implementations.Practical experience with APIs (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL) and middleware solutions for seamless integration.Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert , Adobe Certified Master ) are a significant advantage.Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban , with demonstrated success leading teams in an Agile environment.The ability to consult our clients and teams on the best implementation approachesYou speak and write English at a professional level (C1), German fluency (spoken and written) is a plus;You have the ability to travel occasionally throughout the regionWE OFFER
