Position Overview

Be a key player in a fast-growing company that values innovation and a collaborative culture. As a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist , you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of the organization while actively contributing to employer branding, employee development, and fostering a vibrant company culture.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for internal positions, from C-level executives to individual contributors.
  • Conduct active sourcing, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Handle contract management and advise on employment law matters.
  • Design and oversee effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and development discussions to support growth and career planning.
  • Promote a strong company culture aligned with business values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company’s employer branding strategy.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR , preferably with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • German language at C2 level
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills .
  • A structured and independent working style with a hands-on attitude.
  • High levels of social competence and empathy .
  • Reliability and a proactive mindset.
