Deine Aufgaben

CRM Strategy & Administration

  • Build, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM to align with marketing and sales workflows and enable efficient lead capture, nurturing, and handover.
  • Define and implement key workflows, automation, and CRM best practices from scratch.
  • Serve as the primary administrator, managing user roles, permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Lead Management & Segmentation

  • Develop and own segmentation strategies to ensure accurate, relevant marketing lists.
  • Design and refine lead scoring & routing systems to ensure timely handovers to Sales & Partnerships.
  • E-mail Marketing & Automation

  • Establish and manage newsletter campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows, incorporating A / B testing, personalization, and dynamic content.
  • Implement re-engagement campaigns to reactivate inactive leads.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance, optimizing opt-in rates, email deliverability, and sender reputation.
  • Data Quality & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM data quality, ensuring clean, accurate, and deduplicated lead / contact records.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for Marketing KPIs, attribution, pipeline impact, and conversion rates.
  • Provide monthly funnel lead quality, volume and conversion reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales & Customer Success to streamline lead handovers, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Train and enable teams on HubSpot best practices, reporting, and automation.
  • Dein Profil

  • B2B SaaS experience in CRM, marketing automation, or operations roles.
  • HubSpot Administration expertise, including workflows, integrations, automation, and troubleshooting  (certifications are a plus) .
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Typeform, Calendly, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, Webinar and BI tools.
  • Ability to maintain CRM data hygiene and build dashboards & reports for tracking marketing performance.
  • Bilingual in English & German, capable of crafting nurturing and marketing emails in both languages and collaborating with DACH and European country teams.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and ownership of projects.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator who can align with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex CRM and data topics into clear, actionable insights.
