We are looking to hire talented and committed Recruiters for our EMEA Stores Recruiting team based to play a critical role in managing Amazons growth and additional hiring requirements. This is an entry level recruiting role and you do not need previous experience to apply.

This opportunity will give you the chance to help maximize talent identification and acquisition in order to meet Amazons business growth through being involved in day to day recruitment activities and a variety of recruitment projects and initiatives. The Stores Talent Acquisition team within Amazon is one of the largest recruitment teams in the world. Our mission is to make Amazon the premier destination of Earths most talented people. Key job responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer / partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.

Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management

Conduct indepth interviews of potential candidates demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offertointerview ratios.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the longrange growth of the company implementing any new processes and finetuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazons mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables timelines and a formal tracking process.

Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazons Leadership Principles. Learn to strong screen interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

Participate in special projects / recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for seniorlevel openings.

Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Management Economics or a similar field.

Communication skills organizational and negotiation skills with a keen focus on delivering business results

Business Fluency (C1 in English and German French or Italian.

Fluency in further languages is welcome (e.g. German French or Italian)

Previous working experience is not required for this role
