SAP Cutover Manager

SALT is currently hiring for a SAP Cutover Manager, with Fico and Ariba experience. Please see below.

The role is a contract role, 12 months, with travel to onsite countries within Europe. Travel expenses are covered.

We are looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end cutover activities across multiple countries for a major SAP implementation, including FICO, Ariba, and MDG-F.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and manage country-specific go-lives, ensuring readiness across all business and technical streams

Develop and execute detailed cutover plans, including rollback scenarios and contingency strategies

Coordinate across functional areas—FICO, Ariba, MDG-F—ensuring alignment and integration

Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across business, IT, and change management teams

Collaborate closely with PMO, release management, testing, and training teams

Requirements :

Proven experience delivering multiple complex SAP cutovers

Strong understanding of business, technical, and organizational change impacts

Skilled in PowerPoint (for clear, executive-facing updates), JIRA, and project collaboration tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Able to manage and adapt cutover strategies under tight timelines
