Job Description
Help us elevate our UX design and research! As our new UX design manager, you'll bridge the gap between creative innovation and strategic leadership. You'll oversee product design, user research, and content-related matters within a specific product domain or group, each focusing on a subset of our product capabilities or user types.
As our UX design manager, you'll guide your team in gathering insights through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics. This research will help you understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, ensuring our products meet user expectations and market demands. You will also oversee content and copywriting, ensuring that communication within the product is clear, concise, and compelling.
You’ll drive initiatives from concept to launch. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the visual and interactive elements of our product are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with user needs. In collaboration with product and engineering leaders, you'll create experiences that delight users while achieving business objectives.
You’ll mentor your team, set goals, and ensure that milestones are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality, consistency and usability in the final product.
