  • Implement and manage sales strategies & tactics for the Eurowings Holidays website to leverage the maximum sales potential
  • Lead efforts to optimize the website’s sales funnel
  • Convert customer and business requirements into initiatives and actions through A / B tests or IT team implementations.
  • Leverage data and A / B testing to propose features and tweaks enhancing user experience and sales
  • Manage the collection and analysis of customer feedback
  • Analyze sales data, website analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with ancillary service providers and execute upselling strategies
  • Manage media cooperations, including sponsorships and partnerships with tourism offices or other sales partner
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or ancillary sales
  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in digital sales funnels, conversion rate and user experience optimization as well as strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Extensive experience in working with external partners and suppliers, including negotiation and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, A / B testing software, and CMS platforms and familiarity with customer feedback tools
  • Business fluency in English with strong negotiation skills
