Summary :

We are looking for a Dishwasher Product Manager to oversee the planning, design, and development of dishwasher products for the European market. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, manage product pricing and promotions, collaborate with various teams to ensure timely product delivery, and continuously improve product quality based on user feedback.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the planning, design, and development of dishwasher products in the European market. Formulate product strategies to ensure market competitiveness and user experience.
Conduct market research to understand the demand and trends of the European market, provide market analysis and product recommendations, and support product decisions with data.
Collaborate with the R&D team, supply chain team, sales team, customer service team, and other departments to ensure timely product delivery that meets market demand.
Manage product pricing, promotion, and sales channel selection. Develop marketing plans and sales strategies to increase market share and sales volume.
Oversee after-sales service and user feedback processing. Collect user feedback and market information to continuously improve product quality and user experience.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a dishwasher product manager or in a related product management role. Experience in the European market is preferred.

Familiarity with European market consumer demands and trends. Understanding of competitors' products and marketing strategies.

Strong abilities in product planning, design, and development. Proficient in the product development process and project management methods.

Excellent market analysis and data processing skills. Capable of providing effective suggestions and improvement plans based on market demand and user feedback.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and achieve goals.

Fluent in English, and proficient in office software and product design software.
