Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Business Operations Specialist to support a Strategy Consultant Manager in a dynamic consulting environment. This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to create high-quality business presentations, and effective coordination of internal and external tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presentation Support

Create structured and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate branding.

  • Translate complex information into clear, professional slides for client and internal use.
  • Client Interaction & Coordination
  • Assist in drafting and managing contracts and procurement documents.

  • Coordinate scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and manage client communications.
  • Business Development Administration
  • Review RFPs and support the preparation of tailored, client-specific proposals.

  • Maintain and enhance documentation for ongoing business development activities.
  • Operational and Backoffice Tasks
  • Manage time tracking, expense reporting, and project documentation.

  • Provide general administrative support including calendar management and inbox monitoring.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a business support, executive assistant, or operations role, ideally within consulting or professional services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with a good sense of structure and visual consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a high degree of reliability.
