We are currently assisting our partner, a dynamic and human-sized Super ManCo located in the heart of the city, in the search for a Senior Fund Administrator.

This ManCo is known on the market for the high quality of its services and, as a result, its good reputation . Today, the AIFM is represented by less than 30 dynamic team members. As part of the ManCo’s development, the Senior Fund Administrator will have a key role in ensuring the day-to-day governance of the funds. This will offer you lots of autonomy in your role, while being in contact with the Head Of abroad with whom you will work closely too.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Administrator – Funds – PSF – AIFM – ManCo – Legal - Finance

• You are in charge of ensuring compliance with CSSF regulations, AIFMD and all other relevant Luxembourg regulations.
• You manage FATCA processes including communication with investors as well as classifications. You will also be in charge of overseeing FATCA reportings and liaising with tax officers.
• You draft fund-related legal documentation such as subscription agreements, side letters and offering documents.
• You prepare and organize board meetings and also manage the onboarding of investors (including AML / KYC processes).
• You ensure the investor registers are up to date and are in direct contact with them.
• You have acquired experience with Alternative Investment funds as well as UCITS.
