Responsibilities:
Implementing regulatory requirements in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, sustainability, chemical safety and machine safety in the company in coordination with the department heads
Planning and conducting internal and external audits and training sessions
Supporting the organization in the implementation of (Group) requirements and collaboration or management of (sub-)projects
Preparing reports and keeping specific statistics
Carrying out internal projects to improve safety standards
Participation/advice in official approval procedures
Cooperation with authorities and external service providers
Advising the SEO on HSE issues
Coordination with HSE organization (SurTec / FCS / Freudenberg)
Qualifications:
Technical or scientific training/studies or more than five years of professional experience in the field of HSE
Professional experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in a manufacturing company in the chemical industry
Good knowledge of legal regulations and standards in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, sustainability, and chemicals legislation
Knowledge of water, air and soil protection and waste desirable
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Completed training as a FaSi is an advantage
Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to present/communicate content and conduct training courses
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
