After Sales / Service technician
Your tasks will be :
- Sales responsibility for customers and prospects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Competent customer consulting on our IT integration solutions from cold calling to contract conclusion
- Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers as well as establishment and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Professional and successful cooperation with external partners, our consulting, marketing and sales team
- Support and error analysis, e.g. by adjusting the application situation in the test system
- Communication of the problem solution to the customer, if possible joint implementation by telephone (software licenses and consulting services)
- Installation and administration of virtualized systems under Windows and Linux operating systems
You have the following skills and qualifications :
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics, engineering or comparable subjects
- Several years of professional experience in software and IT sales
- Knowledge and experience in IT topics such as integration, middleware and IT architecture
- Relevant, several years of sales experience in the software solutions business
- Assertiveness, proactive approach, pronounced negotiation skills, confidence in closing deals, as well as conceptual and strategic strength
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented personality with a distinctive personal network
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Fluent in German and English
