Company Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our mobile applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating exceptional mobile experiences.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications for iOS and / or Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and project specifications.
• Architect efficient and reusable mobile components and frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.

Your profile :

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on iOS
• Proficiency in Swift (first hands-on experience in Java, Kotlin, is a plus point)
• Strong understanding of mobile UI / UX principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and fluent in English (German in Not required).
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have : - Experience in designing and implementing Server Driven UI (SDUI) architectures for mobile applications. - Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) pipelines for mobile apps, utilizing tools like Bitrise, Sauce labs and Xcode Cloud.

• Experience in Kotlin Multi Platform (KMP) for building cross-platform libraries to share between Android and iOS projects.
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading a team of engineers
