HR Absence Manager (f / m / d)
To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Absence Manager (f / m / d) to be based in our Munich office or in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain and monitor absence management in our internal HR systems, ATOSS and SAP SuccessFactors
- Provide timely support to the payroll team for the monthly payroll cycle
- Generate reports related to absences
- Act as the point of contact for any questions related to absences
- Serve as the go-to person for system-related inquiries
- Coordinate with other internal HR functions
- Retrieve electronic work certificates in the payroll system, DATEV
WHO YOU ARE
Completed commercial training or a similar qualificationInitial experience in absence managementExperience with ATOSS, SAP SuccessFactors, and / or DATEV is a plusReliable, structured, and trustworthy work approachA hands-on mentality with a passion for taking on and developing new tasksStrong verbal and written German and English skillsWHAT WE OFFER IN MUNICH
