Deployment optimization and support of the demand planning software (Relex) for all relevant business needs. Provision of expert guidance in solution design implementation and user adoption as the bridge between technology and business operations. Assurance that the demand planning tool delivers maximum value through enhancement of forecasting accuracy supply chain efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Collaboration with product owners for the understanding of business requirements and design of demand planning solutions
- Configuration and execution of the corresponding tickets
Technical Expertise
Provision of advanced technical support troubleshooting of complex system issues and optimization of tool performanceDevelopment of custom reports analytics and dashboards to meet specific business goalsTraining & Enablement
Training of users on system best practices system functionalities and data analytics for effective tool utilizationCreation and maintenance of documentation including user guides and training materialsContinuous Improvement
Analysis of performance metrics to identify opportunities for process and system enhancementsKeeping updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for driving innovation in demand planning practicesStakeholder Collaboration
Acting as a trusted advisor (m / f / d) for product owners and stakeholders offering strategic insights on demand planning optimizationClose collaboration with cross-functional teams including supply chain IT and data science to ensure alignmentYour Profile
Master degree in supply chain management Business Administration Data Science or a related fieldSeveral years of relevant experience in demand planning supply chain management or implementing planning toolsProven expertise in tools like Relex (preferred) JDA SAP Retail Oracle Demantra o9 Solutions or similar platformsStrong understanding of demand forecasting models algorithms and statistical techniquesProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI) and programming (e.g. SQL) is a plusBusiness fluent in German and EnglishGood communication skills to define technical requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lead projects and mentor junior solution experts membersAbout Us
