We’re supporting a fast-growing renewable energy group seeking an experienced Senior PV / BESS Project Developer. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical and commercial expertise who is ready to take a lead in projects from early stages of development through to RTB.

📝Your responsibilities :

• Lead the full project lifecycle from site identification to RTB stage.
• Identify suitable sites, originate partnerships, and negotiate land agreements.
• Secure grid access with TSOs / DSOs.
• Oversee technical / environmental studies, permitting, and risk mitigation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and internal compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Handle co-development agreements.
• Build strong relationships with authorities at all levels.
• Represent the company in permitting discussions, consultations, and regulatory communications.
• coordinate internal teams and external consultants across engineering, procurement, financing, legal, and environmental areas to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Support project budgeting, business cases, financial monitoring, and investment decisions.
• represent the company in industry forums, fairs, associations, and with grid operators.
