Procurement Specialist Region Central Europe mfd

As a Procurement Specialist and subject matter expert you work closely with the Regional Construction and Facilities team and Manager to develop and implement the procurement strategy for your region collaborating with your markets to ensure successful execution.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Procure execute and negotiate new needs and scopes for the region with a primary focus on facility services and maintenance.
• Set goals and KPIs for procurement and supplier management in collaboration with the C&F Manager in each sales market.
• Drive actions and monitor results on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Manage procurement tools and templates (both in LIMA and externally) including RFI / RFP templates and agreement templates with support from Group Expansion.
• Review update and draft general documentation in partnership with the legal department to support C&F teams in your markets.
• Act as a subject matter expert providing support across the organization on procurementrelated matters.

Qualifications :

As a Procurement Specialist you have strong negotiation and supplier management skills. You possess a strategic mindset enabling you to align procurement activities with broader business objectives ensuring value creation and efficiency. You are an excellent communicator who confidently collaborates with diverse stakeholders. Finally you are a proactive team player skilled at planning ahead identifying opportunities and fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.

This is a  fulltime  position based in  Hamburg  with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
