Action continues with its amazing expansion plans. We are already active in 14 countries and we have strong plans to boost our international presence. We have a firm commitment to provide our organisation with the best HR systems, tools, and processes that support our employees and managers. As a result, we are looking for an experienced HR project manager who will support us with the expansion of Action.

We have established a solid roadmap for the next years containing several HR focus areas. For every focus area, a number of HR initiatives have been defined ranging from HR technology projects to managing the set up of new countries and new distribution centres from the HR domain.

This is your daily Action

You will be a member of the HR Project Managers team in our International Head Quarters. The main focus will be on managing international projects and their deliverables. Together with multi-functional teams you ensure a smooth and efficient execution of projects within the agreed timeline and budget. Next to that you have a strong internal customer focus and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver on your projects.

As an HR Project Manager you play a key role in implementation, communication, and change management. You will ensure accurate information and project data is securely retained and maintained.Within the role you will be dealing with strategic stakeholders from different domains and all levels within the organisation.

The focus for the current vacant HR project manager position will be on expansion (mainly new distribution centres)- and process improvement related projects.

This is you

As an HR Project Manager, you bring a no-nonsense attitude with a relentless drive to deliver results. You thrive in fast-paced environments, executing tasks with both urgency and meticulous attention to detail. Your self-confidence is matched by broad, developed communication and change management skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and lead transitions smoothly. Additionally, you excel in guiding and influencing decision-making processes to ensure they align with company policies and HR guidelines. This combination of skills allows you to effectively manage projects and drive successful outcomes.

In addition you have:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a dynamic international, multi-cultural, country and/or head office environment
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience with HR system implementation projects is a must
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint
• Fluent in English
