About the project :

The project focuses on customizing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a client's recent go live with the Sales-CRM.

Key tasks include implementing tailored CRM workflows, developing custom plugins in C# / .NET, and utilizing Power Platform components like Power Automate and Power Apps.

With a proven track record, the team ensures the new system enhances sales operations and meets specific business requirements.

Skills :

Azure Integration : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Functions and Logic Apps for integrating systems.
Web & API Skills : Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and OData endpoints.
Database & ETL : Experience working with SQL databases including writing queries and stored procedures.
Excellent English (spoken and written)

Tasks :

Develop, customize, and extend MS Dynamics 365 CRM to support business workflows (particularly around lead management, sales pipeline, and project installation tracking).

Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and other systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST / OData APIs.

Nice to have :

Middleware & System Communication : Experience in working with backend systems that connect to Dynamics CRM. While no direct work is required, the ability to collaborate on Quarkus Kotlin / Java middleware for API and data exchange between CRM and the Flutter mobile app would be beneficial.
