About theteam :

We are strengthening our Mergers& Acquisitions (M&A) and Cooperation team at ourheadquarter in Friedrichshafen or at any other ZF-LocationGermany-wide.

What you can look forwardto as Director (m / f / d) Mergers &Acquisitions :

Development ofstrategic concepts, decision papers and presentations for the ZFBoard of Management (BoM) and DivisionManagement
Implementation of strategicobjectives of the Group in close coordination with the Board ofManagement and the Heads of Divisions and BusinessUnits
Management and coordination of complexglobal mergers, acquisitions, divestments and co-operations andrelated tasks, including due diligence, negotiation, contractarrangement, and integration- or carve-out-support, planning andexecution
Preparation of business analyses,feasibility studies, budgeting, target operating models,simulations, LBO and company valuations
Projectcost- / Investment management andcontrolling
Development and management ofrelationships with internal and external partners, and transactionadvisory firms

Your profileas Director (m / f / d) Mergers &Acquisitions :

Above-averagemasters degree in economics or industrial engineering with verygood business and, if possible, legal knowledge and technicalunderstanding

Several years of professionalexperience in M&A as a transactionmanager

Conceptual, analytical, structured,flexible and very independent way of thinking andworking

High level of social competence,empathy and judgment, teamwork, communication and leadershipskills

Assertiveness, ability to deal withcriticism and conflict

Very good, businessfluent written and spoken German and English, ideally other foreignlanguages

High degree of flexibility andwillingness to travel frequently at home andabroad
