Your mission
Webinar Production & Management (40%)Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly webinar series (topics, speakers, promotion, tech setup)
Script and storyboard compelling webinar content that educates and convertsManage speaker coordination, run-of-show, slide decks, and live Q&ARepurpose webinar content into blog posts, social snippets, email sequences, and on-demand assetsAnalyze webinar performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact) and optimizeEvent Support & Coordination (25%)Support planning for industry events, partner events, and internal FactFinder gatherings
Create event promotional materials (landing pages, social graphics, email campaigns)Coordinate logistics, attendee communication, and follow-up sequencesCapture and share event highlights (photos, videos, recap content)Content Creation & Strategy (25%)Write blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership content based on webinars and events

Must-haves :Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related)
Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)—we produce content in both languagesExceptional writing and storytelling skills—you make complex topics accessible and interestingConfident communicator—comfortable on video, coordinating with speakers, and engaging audiencesHighly organized—you can juggle multiple events and deadlines without stressTech-savvy—you learn new tools quickly (Zoom, Canva, video editing, CMS platforms)Nice-to-haves :Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
Prior experience organizing events, webinars, or content programsStrong social media presence or content creation background (YouTube, LinkedIn, blog)Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or retail technologyBasic understanding of SEO and content marketing best practicesTHE JOY OF WORKING WITH US
