- Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria, with regular meetings at our offices in Frankfurt and Lindau on Lake Constance)

Leading the finance department, including managing and developing team membersEnsuring compliance, optimizing, and further developing all financial processesPreparing liquidity planning and other financial analysesActing as the primary contact for tax advisors across three countries (Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein)Conducting due diligence and other valuation activities within M&A projectsYour profile
Strong academic and professional background in financeInitial experience in a leadership role within a fast-growing environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or a regulated financial company is an advantageExperience with or in a stock exchange or MTF is a plusExpertise in financial modeling and financial markets is essential; experience in market risk management and legal matters is an advantageStrong analytical and strategic skills, with great attention to detailConceptual skills to support the company’s further developmentEntrepreneurial mindset with high energy and a hands-on approachExcellent proficiency in English and GermanWhy us?
