Customer Advisor IT Service Desk (f / m / d)

Pay group 10 TVöD VKA

What you create with us

  • Receiving error messages from users via e.g. telephone, chat and self-service portal
  • Solving user problems as 1st level support, e.g. resetting passwords and managing user accounts
  • Initiating on-site repair work and controlling and monitoring troubleshooting by service providers
  • Supporting subsequent 2nd and 3rd level support by documenting solution options in the knowledge database
  • Installing, managing and updating the systems used
  • What you bring with you

  • Completed training as a digitalization management clerk (until 2020 IT clerk) or IT specialist, e.g. with a focus on system integration, both with extensive additional qualification as an IT specialist
  • Completed higher education (FH diploma / bachelor's degree) in the field of computer science, business informatics or proof of recognition as "other employee"
  • Many years of proven experience in equivalent work in the IT Service Desk / User Helpdesk (remote or onsite) or customer consulting with corresponding product and service orientation and IT affinity
