  • Co-develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Strong collaboration with leadership team as well as with cross-functional teams to assess change impact and develop communication plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Participate in overall HR activities / projects.

Über Dich

  • 3+ years HR experiences with strong passion for People & Organization topics​ esp. on change management
  • Willingness to build close relationships through business proximity​
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as ability to navigate complexity
  • High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
  • Openness for regular travelling
  • Fluency in German AND English as a Must

    • Start is 01.03.2025 in our locations in München, Frankfurt am Main, or Nürnberg. The position is temporary (until 31.12.2026).
