StellenbeschreibungOver 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design, ideally within a consultancy environment. Knowledge of HOAI requirements. Project management experience. Expertise in HVAC design and fire safety. Solid understanding of German engineering norms (DIN, VDI, etc.). Fluency in German and English. Experience in sustainability design and certification structures (DGNB, BREEAM DE, etc.). Willingness to join a multidisciplinary team and engage in hands-on work. Building Services Engineer
Salary : €50,000-€65,000
Location : Berlin, Germany

Key Responsibilities :
- Support new European engineering projects within your area of expertise.
- Develop project scopes in collaboration with design teams and clients, including budgeting and reporting.
- Assist with large-scale projects in various sectors such as Commercial, Hotel, Residential, Cultural, Healthcare, and more.
- Promote our services within the German and European markets.
- Mentor junior staff through our Academy program.
- Become a key contributor to our European operations.
- Help diversify our service offerings.
