OT & Cybersecurity Specialist (m / w / d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Act as co-lead for the OT (Operational Technology) area within the global Digitalization Team, ensuring clear alignment with IT, Maintenance, and Production
• Coordinate and support NIS2 implementation and assessments, acting as interface between Corporate IT, the plants, and external auditors
• Define, harmonize, and document OT network and access standards, including VPN concepts, firewall segmentation, and remote-maintenance procedures
• Evaluate and mitigate cybersecurity risks in OT environments, in close collaboration with Corporate IT Security
• Support the secure integration of machines and systems into the company’s Industrial Data Platform, including connectivity middleware and visualization environments (e.g., Kepware, ThingWorx)
• Provide guidance for plant-level rollouts and ensure compliance with global connectivity and cybersecurity standards
• Prepare and maintain documentation and audit evidence for OT security measures
• Train and support local automation and maintenance teams on secure OT operation and incident-response practices
• Data-enablement interface : Contribute to the secure and standardized provisioning of OT data for analytics and AI use cases, ensuring that connectivity and data quality requirements are met
