The role of a People & Culture Assistant requires frequent collaboration with employees and line managers. As a result, the skills required to achieve success in the role strongly focus on communication and organization.
The job responsibilities include administration of our time recording tool including analyzation of various data for decision making, on / off boarding of employees and training.
A People & Culture Assistant works with teams and managers to implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.
Your work will focus on :
- processes, administration of employee life cycle, accuracy control, system updates, reporting, compensation & benefits
- for time recording system : updates, process improvements and reports
- for HR related Quality Management processes (coordinator of training process including training KPI tracking)
- preparation (for external payroll provider), pensions and insurances
- up and inform organization of changes in local Labor Law
- of employee benefits
- managers with onboarding / offboarding of employees
- work with People & Culture Manager as well as with local and global People & Culture team
- in local and global projects
We are looking for a candidate, who
- relevant experience in a similar HR position or has recently graduated from university in a relevant field
- an excellent user of standard software and internet applications; ideally has worked with Success Factors
- good knowledge of labor law
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently as well as in teams
- excellent English and German skills (CEF level B2.2 / C1)
