Your tasks?

You support our team in processing purchase requisitions in the ERP system.

In direct contact with our suppliers, you ensure smooth processes.

You make a significant contribution to the administrative organization of a purchase : You keep track of deadlines, coordinate dates, create minutes, and maintain data and documents.

You are responsible for carrying out purchasing analyzes, such as market research, and for creating communication documents for internal and external contacts.

You will support exciting purchasing projects for the further development of processes and methods.

You support us in preparing and revising presentations, decision-making recommendations and visualizing processes-your creative eye and analytical skills are particularly valuable here.

Your profile?

You complete a degree in economics or business administration, preferably with a focus on procurement, or similar.

You are a real team player and have strong analytical and conceptual skills.

You draw attention to yourself through your clear and open communication and tackle tasks in a pragmatic, organized and independent manner.

Whether it's Excel, PowerPoint or Word-you're fit to work with common MS Office applications.

Excellent knowledge of German and English round off your profile.
