Your Role : AI Prompt Evaluator

As an AI Prompt Evaluator, you'll play a key role in shaping how users interact with AI. You'll craft high-quality written prompts and dialogues that are natural, creative, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities :

Write, research, and edit short, engaging prompts that align with brand tone and style.

Design clear and natural conversation flows to create smooth user experiences.

Collaborate on improving AI speech systems by developing dialogues across various topics including complex or sensitive subjects.

Review content for accuracy, consistency, and creativity.

Brainstorm new prompt ideas and evaluate AI responses for clarity, tone, and relevance.

Ensure content resonates with the intended audience while staying on-brand.

What We're Looking For :

Native or fluent Croatian speaker (C1+), with strong written and spoken English (B2+).

Bachelors degree in any field

Excellent grammar, language, and writing skills.

Creative and analytical mindset with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to refine and improve content.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to engage with sensitive or challenging topics in a professional manner.
