Join us! AERO – partner of Airbus – is a specialized personnel service provider with renowned clients within the aerospace industry. We are currently looking for a Supply Officer (m / f / d) for a leading aircraft manufacturer located in Hamburg.

Your tasks

to manage material flow to Airbus and resolve AOG situations

to communicate with suppliers, place orders, track deliveries, and manage recovery plans

to actively participate in defining and negotiating logistics processes

to communicate regularly with internal customers on order progres

to ensure accuracy of requirements to suppliers and develop solutions for urgent needs

Your qualifications

successfully completed degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Supply Chain

a completed training as a logistics specialist or freight forwarding clerk

work experience in the areas of dispatch, customer service, or supply chain

advanced knowledge of SAP

Fluent in English and advanced knowledge of German

team player with excellent communication skills

service and customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
