Job Title : Products and Technical Solutions Manager C&I Energy Storage (m / f / d)

Location : DACH Region

About the Role

We are looking for a Products and Technical Solutions Manager to drive the development, implementation, and customization of energy storage solutions for the C&I sector. This hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical expertise to ensure successful project execution, market competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, EPC partners, distributors, and internal R&D teams to align solutions with market demands and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement product and solution strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands.
Provide technical expertise and customized energy storage solutions for C&I projects , ensuring optimal system performance and feasibility.
Collaborate with EPCs, distributors, and key clients to define system architecture and project specifications .
Conduct on-site assessments, technical presentations, and training for partners and customers.
Create and maintain product documentation , including data sheets, manuals, and application notes in both German and English.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with grid connection requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices .
Work closely with R&D and product development teams to relay market needs and technical feedback , influencing future product innovation.
Bridge the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities , ensuring seamless project execution.
Support sales teams in pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions .
Manage budget requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs) for solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in energy storage, power electronics, or renewable energy systems .

Strong EPC and distributor network with proven project sales and product management experience .

Sales-oriented, extraverted, and open-minded personality with a strong drive for results.

Strong technical expertise in battery storage, inverters, and grid connection requirements .

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage product life cycles from development to implementation.

Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and experience with data analysis and product development tools .

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture with experience in Chinese business environments being a plus.

Fluent in German and English.
