Manager HR Analytics (m / f / d)

Your tasks as Manager HR Analytics (m / f / d)

As Manager HR Analytics (m / f / d) you will play a key role in shaping our data-driven HR landscape. By collecting and analysing critical HR data you will provide insights that support strategic decision-making and help drive efficiency compliance and value this role you will report directly to our Head of HR Excellence and be part of our international HR community.

Your role with us as Manager HR Analytics (m / f / d)

Collect and analyse HR data to proactively identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement

Create regular reports on key HR metrics such as productivity attrition absenteeism employee engagement ESG KPIs and recruitment effectiveness

Use data to forecast future HR needs and trends to support strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain AI-based dashboards for real-time monitoring of HR KPIs

Build and implement the operational and strategic HR reporting landscape and data analysis

Participate in strategic workforce planning including job and personnel cost planning together with HR Business Partners and the finance team

Define and monitor performance and progress metrics for HR initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational goals and the companys value creation plan

Act as a trusted advisor by translating data into clear comprehensible and engaging stories for stakeholders

Collaborate closely with HR Finance and business functions to drive efficiency transparency and value creation

Ensure HR activities are compliant with legal and regulatory standards

How will you ensure every project is a success

At CWS Hygiene we believe it is essential that you are the right personal and cultural fit. You have a passion for service solutions you want to be the best and you bring a strong level of commitment.

Bachelors or masters degree in a related field such as Business Management Data Analytics IT HR or Finance

Minimum 35 years of relevant experience within the HR landscape and / or with data- or finance-driven HR topics

Recognised as a true number cruncher who can make data visual comprehensible and exciting for stakeholders

Strong analytical skills precision and a proactive independent work approach

Enjoys building relationships across departments and is not afraid to challenge peers when needed

Solid knowledge of Excel & Power BI tools and familiarity with HR systems such as SAP Workday etc.

Fluent in English and German; an additional language would be an advantage
