Your Role

  • Lead and motivate a dynamic IT infrastructure team, ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Implement, maintain, and develop innovative IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Take ownership of server, network, and storage systems while optimising VPN and WAN connections.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate to shape the IT infrastructure roadmap across multiple locations.

    • What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience and a knack for inspiring teams.
  • Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, including server, network, storage systems, and cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security and ITIL service management practices.
  • A degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1-C2), with excellent analytical and strategic skills.
