Position : Regional Managing Director LATAM
Location : remote, Mexico OR remote, Europe
Employment type : Service Agreement
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with corporate goals to enhance market presence in the forex industry
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones
- Explore and establish partnership opportunities to drive regional growth
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes within the region
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment with global company goals
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and ambition
- Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the forex or financial services industry, with a specific focus on the LATAM region
- Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory environments in LATAM
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Highly self-sufficient, with the capability to manage business development, including building partnerships and establishing new client relationships
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the LATAM region is a plus
- In-depth familiarity with the local business culture and regulatory landscapes in key LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions.
