Employee (m / f / d) Internal Sales

Job Description

Creation and tracking of offers in coordination with the field sales team
Handling of correspondence in English and German
Maintenance and creation of new customer data in our CRM system
Creation of queries and lists in the CRM system
Processing of customer inquiries
Appointment management, including travel preparation and follow-up
Support in event organization and visitor management

Qualifications

The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship

Professional experience in inside sales or order processing

Very good MS Office skills; good knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Strong communication skills, customer focus, and service orientation
