A Japanese manufacturer in Amstelveen is looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager. You will oversee mainly supporting their existing clients and a part of developing new clients in a cosmetic industry in the Netherlands.
The role will require business level English, and business trips approximately once a month.

Account Manager / Business Development Manager Main Responsibilities :
Provides technical support for the customerCalls on the customer to take supply orders and introduce them to new productsProvides timely Customer Visit Report, including meeting summary and analysis ofcustomer specific Sales StrategyCompletes Monthly Report of activity and results, utilizing company provided templateCommunicates with the CEO, Vice President, Research & Development and othercolleague to stay current on all product information, trends and customer needsUses Exact Online to update all relevant customer account information, along withmaintaining schedule in the calendarTravels as needed each month, maintains and submits expenses in a timely way for accounting purposes, and automobile log where applicableAbide by the MCLS Europe pricing policies (i.e. payment condition, delivery term)Assist in moving designated inventory when neededAccount Manager / Business Development Manager Ideal Candidate :
At least 2-3 years sales or related job experience in industries such as a cosmetic, chemical, ingredients, and nutrition industryExcellent organizational and communication skills a mustExceptional computer skills (extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and using theInternet)Must be able to travel to call accounts on an as needed basisAn excellent command of English, both verbal and writtenAny other language skills are a plus (Dutch, Japanese, German, French etc.)All applicants must have the right to work in The Netherlands as the Company is not able to offer visa support. or
