Corporate Communications Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Corporate Communications Specialist. This role involves storytelling, copywriting, and design, reaching the right audience through appropriate channels, and focusing on internal communications, employer branding, and sustainability communications. You will be responsible for :

• Serve as the central contact for all internal communications , developing and managing engaging content for channels such as the intranet, newsletters, emails, and events
• Manage our corporate identity and develop and coordinate branded materials (flyers, image videos, promotional items)
• Support content stakeholders across regions and departments, enhancing their communication efforts and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and our strategy.
• Support our sustainability team by translating our sustainability initiatives into impactful narratives and by planning, creating, and implementing sustainability communication actions
• Develop and maintain our employer branding presence on social media and the company website together with HR, creating strong editorial and creative content to strengthen the employer brand for long-term positioning as an authentic and attractive employer
• Coordinate communication activities and manage content approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g., internal departments, agencies, etc.)
