For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Intern in General Affairs (m / f / d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).

Responsibilities :

• Monthly office supply order
• General office management tasks
• Act as ontact point with vendors (e.g. offer inquiry issue report etc.)
• Offer comparison and documentation in MS Excel
• Assist with employee requests
• Support work for Teammates
• Attend meetings and make protocol
• Writing Announcements on Teams or Email
• Assist invoice booking
• Support event planning
