Our Head of Business Unit HCV aspires to cultivate a team equipped with unmatched expertise agility and dedication to excellence. Key competencies are a deep commercial knowledge strategic foresight and the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of HCV care. You are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration where innovative thinking and diverse perspectives drive AbbVies mission to advance patient treatment with the ultimate goal of eliminating HCV. By prioritizing patient-centric solutions and leveraging data-driven insights you aim to set new benchmarks in the relevant indication making a profound impact on healthcare and enhancing the lives of patients living with Hepatitis C.
In this pivotal role you will facilitate and lead the strategic development tactical implementation and financial planning components of all topics of the Brand Strategy and manage customer and other commercial activities including leading and coaching Sales Force to maximise brand sales and margin placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within AbbVie business code of conduct policies and all applicable laws and regulations. This is a People Manager role and reports directly into the Business Unit Director Specialty Care.
