What you can expect

• Du bist für den Bereich Legal Operations verantwortlich und bist erste / r Ansprechpartner / in für alle administrativen Belange im Bereich Legal
• Die Übernahme und eigenständige Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben, auch unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Vorgaben, liegt in Deiner Verantwortung
• Du übernimmst die Kommunikation gegenüber internen und externen Kunden sowie Behörden
• Du unterstützt unsere Legal-Abteilung insbesondere bei der Koordination und Vorbereitung von Terminen und bist persönliche Assistenz für General Counsel und Head of Legal

• Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel und Outlook bringst Du mit, SAP-Grundkenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest lösungsorientiert, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
