The Job
New Client Acquisition :
Actively seek new business opportunities through cold outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and Xing to attract new clients.Work closely with the Lead Development team to support outreach campaigns and schedule meetings with potential clients through cold email and social media outreach.Conduct virtual and on-site sales meetings with potential clients, presenting the value proposition as an e-commerce and development partner.Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract signing in collaboration with the commercial team.Attend industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to build relationships and expand your professional network within target groups.Nurturing Existing Clients :
Manage and maintain commercial relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities and its partner companies.Ensure consistent revenue generation by acting as a liaison between clients and operational teams to meet client needs and expectations.The Profile
Qualification and Requirements :
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the digital agency or technology industry.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German language.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.Ability to network effectively and build lasting relationships within the industry.The Employer
