The Job

New Client Acquisition :

  • Actively seek new business opportunities through cold outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and Xing to attract new clients.
  • Work closely with the Lead Development team to support outreach campaigns and schedule meetings with potential clients through cold email and social media outreach.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site sales meetings with potential clients, presenting the value proposition as an e-commerce and development partner.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract signing in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions to build relationships and expand your professional network within target groups.
  • Nurturing Existing Clients :

  • Manage and maintain commercial relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities and its partner companies.
  • Ensure consistent revenue generation by acting as a liaison between clients and operational teams to meet client needs and expectations.
  • The Profile

    Qualification and Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the digital agency or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to network effectively and build lasting relationships within the industry.
