Main responsibilities
Managing the Outsource partners.Define and execute processes to support successful Outsource partners ramps ups / downs and transitions.Identify, design and implement new concepts, principles, and methodologies to improve Outsource partner's accountability and results including forecasts, scheduling, leadtimes etc.Identify and remove roadblocks to success outside of Outsource partner's control.Contribute to peer success through collaboration, creativity and giving critical constructive feedback.Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activity, timely escalation and resolution of all potential and actual issues.Representing the Operations team in various projects.Qualifications and requirements
3+ years of experience managing several vendors in similar role for Industrial assembly Operations.Proven experience in creation and supervision of SLA / Contracts, cost analysis and Make / Buy scenarios.High communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Attention to detail as well as the ability to think analytically and strategically.Presentation skills, ability to convey complex information in a straightforward manner to Senior Management.Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to meet job demands and take on new initiatives and improvement efforts.Business and financial acumen.Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.Strong planning, problem solving, project management and stakeholder management.Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.What We Offer
