Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy

Lead, mentor, and empower the Microsoft Dynamics engineering team (8 members).

Oversee and continuously improve the Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules.

Lead the integration of AI and Copilot capabilities within Dynamics and Power Platform.

Serve as the main interface for Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.

Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
