About the job

We are looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Manager to take ownership of locallytailored campaign execution for the German market. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving our brands presence in Germany by executing impactful culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with the local gaming audience. While the role is heavily focused on tactical execution your insight into the German market will be invaluable in advising the team on strategic approaches to ensure alignment with local trends and expectations.

If there are no dedicated campaigns for the German market at a given moment you will contribute to global campaigns as part of designated crossfunctional teams ensuring seamless integration and successful execution.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Plan adapt and execute marketing campaigns tailored specifically for the German gaming market ensuring they are culturally relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver campaign assets ensuring highquality and timely implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics providing actionable insights to optimize future activities.
  • Act as the goto expert for the German market providing insights into local gaming culture audience behavior and trends.
  • Offer recommendations to global teams on how to localize campaigns and messaging for Germany effectively.
  • Contribute to the execution of global marketing campaigns when no Germanyspecific campaigns are active.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure Germany is represented in global efforts and localized appropriately.
  • Manage relationships with local partners agencies and influencers to maximize the impact of campaigns in Germany.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

35 years of experience in a marketing role ideally with a focus on campaign execution within the gaming or tech industries.

Proven track record of successfully adapting and executing campaigns for the German market.

Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Native or fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is a must.

Strong understanding of German gaming culture trends and audience behavior.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Experience collaborating with international teams and managing crossfunctional projects.

Passionate about gaming and knowledgeable about the gaming ecosystem.

Highly organized detailoriented and proactive.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
