Our platform helps car dealers and rental companies overcome their logistical challenges.

We set the industry standard for vehicle transportation in Europe offering ever more reliable and faster service through continuous innovation.

In 2023 we achieved a recordbreaking 500000 completed missions!

With 6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021 and a presence in France Italy and Germany we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.

To support our next phase of development we are seeking a Customer Success Manager.

Your mission

  • Own the missions within your client portfolio and ensure operations are running smoothly
  • Ensure the levels of service are met on all missions and to the highest of standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams in charge of quality and claims
  • Regularly align with external stakeholders in charge of executing the missions
  • Be a solutions architect act as the point of escalation for complex issues and requests linked to your responsibilities

Your profile

  • You are proactive organized and have a real knack for action and problem solving
  • You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a highexpectation / highgrowth environment
  • You are a natural troubleshooter and can take critical decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good communicator able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders from blue collars to Clevels suppliers and demanding clients
  • You are comfortable both writing and speaking in English & German
