CRM Marketing Manager (m / f / d)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on segmentation and personalization strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our customer experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement, ensure seamless customer journey and drive business growth.You will be responsible for developing data-driven CRM communication approaches and segmented / personalized campaign and playout logics. Additionally, the position involves project management responsibilities, overseeing the introduction of new tools and testing innovative features to enhance our CRM capabilities.

Your Responsibilities
- You develop and implement segmentation strategies to effectively target specific customer groups
- You utilize data-driven insight to identify key segments and continuously refine targeting criteria for optimal campaign performance and to enhance segmentation effectiveness
- You drive personalized customer experiences by tailoring content and messaging according to individual preferences and behavior
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Own and drive new and existing CRM initiatives with insightful data driven behavior
- You utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- You execute and monitor CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs
- You evaluate, select and implement CRM tools as well as optimize our existing CRM tool landscape to ensure enhancement of segmentation and personalization strategy
- You benchmark and develop innovative customer communication and engagement approaches
Your Profile
You have 3+ years of professional experience in the field of CRM, e-Mail Marketing and ideally with a focus on segmentation and personalization in the e-Commerce environmentYou have a strong understanding of customer data and segmentation modelsYou have good experience in stakeholder management or working in cross-functional teams combined with strong communication skillsYou have proficient experience with an email service provider (ideally Emarsys), experience with personalization tools (e.g. Dynamic Yield) are a plusYou have an empathic mindset to understand our customer needs at a certain lifestageYou are a team player with enthusiasm and commitmentYou are enthusiastic about the latest trends and benchmarks in the field of CRMYou have an analytical approach as well as a high degree of initiative,data-driven mindset and work problem-solving-oriented and performance-drivenYou are fluent in EnglishWhat we offer you
