Working student as Business Process Analyst (f / m / d)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious working student who shares our passion for process excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving organizational goals. Your tasks :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and map current processes using established tools and methodologies
• Create, review, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) using defined templates to ensure processes are well-documented, standardized, and scalable
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather input, share insights, and align on process improvement initiatives
• Support the organization and facilitation of meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and the strategic roadmap.
• Track project deliverables and progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to identify and address key challenges
