Salary : €2700-€3200 + Bonus

Responsibilities

Pre-sale and Sales

  • Qualify SMB leads and convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound)
  • Understand customer needs, ensuring the provided solution matches expectations in functionality, service, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Provide suitable proposal offers based on company guidelines
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager for smooth onboarding

Customer Success - Retention and Upsell

  • Analyze and optimize sales targets for each SMB customer
  • Identify new customer needs and forecast future expansions
  • Resolve payment issues monthly
  • Execute the SMB retention plan
  • Support the Customer Experience team with member support and service
  • Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent team player
  • Extensive experience working with various companies and stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A proactive and positive approach
