Lead E-Merchandiser Marketplace (W/M/X) - Fixed Term

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Under the responsibility of the marketplace commercial director, the e-merchandiser team manager's main mission is to manage the E-merchandisers within the brandsplace (marketplace) team.
• He/She guarantees the smooth running of the shops by his/her team and ensures operational monitoring in terms of SLAs, analyses, costs and quality.
• The Lead E Merchandiser is also required to work closely and daily with the BP (marketplace) sales teams, central planning and brand support.
• He/She aims to propose improvements to tools and processes.

TASKS

Team animation :

• Lead, animate and develop the skills of the team
• Warm up a team, manage schedules with focus on respecting deadlines and quality requirements; recruitment; individual management of employees; management and challenge of cross-functional projects...

KPIs management and analysis :

• Implementation of dashboards to monitor performance, business and operational performance reporting.

Setting OKRs, monitoring and evaluations :

• Identification of performance improvement levers, individualized management of employees through the setting of SMART objectives.

Challenge and improvement of processes and tools target :

• Force of proposal with the services, developing the tools, but also improvement of the processes at service of both performance and operational efficiency.

Transversal collaboration :

• Continuous development of the collaboration with the brandsplace commercial team, strength of proposal as for the levers of performance improvement, collaboration with the teams of the other markets and the other trades.

MUST HAVE skills

• Higher education; previous experience in team management.
• You are comfortable in situations requiring problem solving, you are also results-oriented.
• You are analytical and have a spirit of synthesis.
• You are fluent in English & German
• Good listening skills, a sense of customer service, adaptability, a taste for challenges, curiosity : these are essential qualities for you to flourish within a dynamic and ambitious structure!
