Job Description

Main Responsibilities

As a Finance & Controlling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial and production-related processes with a strong focus on SAP S / 4HANA systems and cost analysis. This role requires close collaboration with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient cost control, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment.

Production Cost Analysis & Controlling

• Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor cost centers, production variances, and profitability
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations
• Prepare regular reports on production efficiency and cost trends
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to improve cost transparency and performance tracking
